a garden that's bursting into life Print E-mail

march 7, north vancouver //... woke up today and the clocks went back-- oops- we adjust again. now I will go hiking one hour later... but it is all good. the forest will still be there! hope that your weekend on planet earth has been smooth (that's a nice wish isn't it). here on the coast I am getting updates the world over, hadn't quite imagined how cool it would be to be something of a hub of international news! haha I mean to hear life stories from friends and fans who are spread out everywhere (doing everything) is really such a strong connection to the world for me. it has been truly feeding things, in and out of my daily lives. updates on the studio project: going to be talking about some serious isolation techniques-- recording at home is not easy! starting to think that I will record the core tracks outside our place, then drag them back into the apartment for editing. all up in the air... right where they belong for now! for the up to the minute, click over to the Inner Circle (beware the randomness)... in the meantime, above is Mathias looking out at the Ost See (I believe)... I used this shot a long time ago but it's such a classic that I had to publish it again. and here is a link to some great songs, from a Toronto friend and hero of mine, Dean Drouillard... personal favourites are 'Today' and 'Nothing Stays'... http://www.last.fm/music/Dean+Drouillard. enjoy your life, in your space.
