august 23, berlin // ... you guessed it my friends... it's time for the latest edition of "What's Up, Zarto?" this installment finds my dear brother Marty biking, hiking and generally slaying up a storm in and around beautiful North Vancouver, BC, in the company of Megs, Jeff, and other fine folk. wow it has been too long since I've been back, I tell you. actually this picture on the right where Zart and Nigel and Tyler are about to demolish a downhill above Lynn Valley, probably looks an awful lot like the scenery on Gary's bike mission last week in Switzerland. ahh nature and a good set of wheels. get over to the pictures page for more angles!  

august 23, berlin // ... settling back into life in Berlin for a week or so before launching off again... after a huge storm on tuesday morning the flowers are out and I am casually rolling around on my sweet Italian 50-euro bike. been spending some time at the Hip Hop Stutzpunkt, just around the corner here in Prenzlauer... love to see a plan come together. meanwhile, Klaus and Izak have been drumming things up in Austria and Slovenia!!... I am so very happy to announce three Austrian dates and two Slovenian dates that we have confirmed so far... among them, my beloved Sublime and a return to the sacred Ljubljana, one of my cities of dreams. more on the 'dates' page (left)! oh and this picture is a classic that soul-brother Joe took when we visited a castle in Deutschlandsberg last year... what a great hang that was. but man I miss that Bruce Lee shirt. if you have seen one like this please let me know.
